2 cup old fashioned oats
3/4 cup sweetened coconut
3/4 cup sliced almonds
4 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup honey
1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl and set aside. Mix the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl and then pour over the oatmeal mixture. Stir so it's evenly coated. Scoop onto a baking sheet and spread out evenly. Bake 325 for 40 minutes. Every 10 minutes you'll need to stir and mix up the oats so it cooks evenly. Let sit 10 minutes to cool. Store in an airtight container.
