2 carrots peeled
1 avacado pitted, peeled and sliced
1 can black beans cooked
1 can sweet yellow corn
1 can sliced pineapple rings
1 tomato sliced
4 corn tortillas
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Fry tortillas on the stove and prepare tacos by adding ingredients after tortillas have cooled a bit. Add salsa, sour cream or spicy sauce if desired and enjoy!
