Thanksgiving is this week!! I am just so excited to spend time with my family, create new traditions and memories and spend time eating and not caring how much or what it is! For Thanksgiving dinner I'm in charge of the pies so I've decided to experiment with a gingerbread chocolate crust for a pumpkin pie (if it works out I'll share the recipe) and a spiced peach pie. This year since Sophia is older and she understands what is going on I think I'm going to start a little tradition of making cinnamon rolls and fruit for breakfast. It can be something we do together and hopefully as the years go on it's something we'll look forward to do together. I've been remembering things that I did as a child and I've realized I need to step it up and start creating those traditions and memories for my child. Hope everyone can relax and enjoy their Thanksgiving on Thursday! I wanted to share the pictures we just took for our Christmas cards! I am so happy with how they turned out and that they include our whole family of four now!
