1 cup peanut butter
1 cup white sugar and 3 tablespoons separated.
1 tsp. vanilla (I added this to the recipe but you could omit this if you wanted)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir together. Roll dough into balls and use fork coated in sugar to gently make a criss cross pattern on each ball of dough.Bake 350 for 6-8 minutes.
