Here's Day 1.
Cardigan old similar
This scarf is the classic blanket scarf. These are the coziest scarves you could possibly get. Those freezing mornings that are right around the corner? That's where this baby comes in. I decided to do the cowgirl wrap for my scarf. It's folding the square scarf into a large triangle then tying both ends together underneath the front. You can see the video on how I tied it here (it's at 1:26). I love this video because she shows a few ways to tie this large cozy scarf. This scarf is great to own because it can easily be worn into the cold winter months as well. With most of the blanket scarves being plaid it is the typical fall pattern that everyone needs in their closet.
This look is one that I will wear on the daily. Stylish and warm with layers because for morning school drop off it's 55 degrees but could get in the 70s by afternoon pick up....#fallsummerweather
On a personal note I have been crazy busy the last few weeks because we bought a house! Not just any house, but my grandmas house! There are so many memories from childhood of running in the backyard, picking pears and plums from the fruit trees and Christmas evenings by the tree. Right now we are in the process of starting renovations. I will be busy keeping up with those but I'm hoping to keep up with blogging at the same time. I was thinking about showing some before and after pics of the changes we are doing, but not sure if that would be interesting to see on a fashion blog, so let me know if you would be interested in that!
Enjoy your week and make sure to check back tomorrow for the next scarf look!
