Most of my adjustments to clothes are my shirts. For me it's usually a quick easy fix and presto done! Pants are kind of a different story. I did a pair of bell bottom pants to skinny jeans that you can see here. I usually have to hem pants because I'm only 5'2 and everyone always make pants super long, even the short ones are long on me! I haven't had to take a waist band in or take a pant leg in. For some reason I just get nervous sewing pants. However, I found these print pants that I LOVED and gave myself a challenge to fix them. They are a size 10 which for me is way too big. I needed to hem them, take in the waist and take in the whole pant width. Doing two out of three things that made me nervous was a great step out of the box project. You can see the transformation of the pants in my pictures and thankfully I am completely happy with the end result. Now for some cool FL weather and I'm set! ( I forgot to take a picture of myself in the pants before, but you'll get an idea of how much I take off by the pictures)
