So fall time means Halloween which means pumpkins and jack o lanterns. The downside to this is I live in Florida. A pumpkin patch is basically someone's yard (a church, side of the road, farm etc) and they have pumpkins shipped in from around the United States. When I first moved down here my then boyfriend (now hubby) was like let's go to the pumpkin patch! I'm like wow they have them down here? He said yes. We drove 10 minutes down the road to a church on the side of the road and under a tarp there were pumpkins. I was like do you know what a pumpkin patch is? This is not one. I was sad. and still am that I can't experience the real patch and the cold weather that comes with it. Hopefully one day I can show him and my little bug what a REAL patch is like! So here in Florida this is as good as it gets.
